1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sunkano.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold through it (the "Product"), operated by Oleksandr Matusevych, sole proprietor, trading as Sunkano ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product

Sunkano offers digital wellness content, including the 30-Day Healing Journey — a downloadable PDF guide with daily practices, weekly teachings, breathwork, journaling prompts, and recipe rituals. Delivery is electronic: after purchase you receive a private download link by email.

3. Payment and merchant of record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (and its affiliates), which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection and remittance, invoicing, and chargeback management. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. License

On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your download link with others. The Product (including text, images, and any audio/video) remains our intellectual property.

6. Health disclaimer

The Product is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or any care from a licensed professional. If you have a medical or psychological condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult a qualified provider before starting any practice in the Product. By using the Product you accept that you do so at your own discretion and risk.

7. No guarantees of results

Personal experiences vary. Testimonials on the Site reflect individual journeys and are not promises of specific outcomes for you.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or the Product to: (a) violate any law; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent technical protections; (c) impersonate any person; (d) distribute malware; or (e) infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunkano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Product. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Product or these Terms

We may update the Product and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are material. Continued use of the Site or the Product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sunkano is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
