Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If the 30-Day Healing Journey isn't the right fit for you, we will refund it under the conditions below.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. After 14 days, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@sunkano.com from the same email address you used to purchase, and include the transaction ID (it's in your purchase confirmation email and on your Thank you page). A short reason helps us improve the product, but is not required.
3. Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (the merchant of record for the purchase). Once approved, the refund typically arrives in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you once the refund is initiated.
4. What happens to your access
Upon refund, your download link is invalidated. We kindly ask you to delete any local copies of the PDF and stop using the materials.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please write to us first — we will almost always resolve it directly and faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution and may forfeit goodwill exceptions outside the 14-day window.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any mandatory cancellation rights for distance contracts.
